Family Team

Andrew advises individuals on divorce and separation arising from relationship break-up. His particular expertise and experience is in handling complex high net worth financial settlements on behalf of family-owned or other related businesses or partnerships.

Andrew also advises clients on prenuptial agreements and issues relating to children including residence, contact and education.

Andrew is an Accredited Specialist with Resolution, which is an independent body representing solicitors who specialise in family work. The Resolution ‘Accredited Specialist’ qualification is only open to family lawyers who have been qualified for at least five years and possess a sound knowledge of relevant law.

Andrew is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer. Collaborative practice provides an alternative way for divorcing and separating couples to work together as a team with trained professionals to resolve disputes respectfully without going to Court.
