Carly joined the Employment Team as a trainee solicitor in October 2006 and qualified as a solicitor on 1 November 2007.
She handles all aspects of employment law, advising on disciplinary issues and grievances, unfair dismissal, maternity and other family-friendly rights. Carly is also experienced in preparing Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, Employee Handbooks and employment-related policies and procedures.
Carly regularly undertakes pro bono work at the Southampton Citizens Advice Bureau.
