Catherine is a highly experienced corporate lawyer. She is extremely well regarded both by her clients and by those who are on the opposite side of transactions with her. The feedback from Catherine’s clients is of her providing a superb all-round service.
She specialises in acquisitions and disposals, funding, corporate restructuring and related advisory work across a wide variety of businesses but with particular expertise in the leisure, manufacturing and transport sectors. Catherine regularly acts for a number of household names within those sectors.
Recently she has led a number of major transactions including the disposals of three independent bookmakers and a casino to leading chains, the acquisitions of an international removals business, three satellite installation companies and a specialist manufacturer.
Having worked as in-house legal adviser for several companies, including a multinational, Catherine’s pragmatic and commercial approach to legal issues is a key factor for many of her clients.
