Personal Injury Team
Charlotte handles all forms of personal injury cases on behalf of claimants, including employer and occupier liability and insurance and road traffic accident claims. She assists Partners in the Team on more complex cases and also has a specialist interest in medical negligence claims, having previously worked with GPs on medical research projects. Charlotte also deals with cases involving the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) where individuals have been injured as a result of a deliberate criminal act, and also cases against the Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB) where injury has been caused by uninsured or untraced drivers.
Career
- Studied Law at the University of Greenwich
- Qualified as a Solicitor in 2003
- Joined Trethowans in January 2006
