Christine principally undertakes road traffic accident work on behalf of a major UK insurance company as well as uninsured individuals involved in road traffic accidents. She is also experienced in handling all types of defendant work, including employer and public liability cases on behalf of other national insurers.
Christine draws on her experience and ability to negotiate the settlement of claims as quickly as possible whilst keeping legal costs to a minimum – often the primary objectives of insurance companies.
Her experience extends from small claims court, to county court, high court and the court of appeal, handling cases ranging up to £5,000 (small claim), £15,000 (fast track) and in excess of £15,000 (multi-track). Where necessary, Christine enlists the specialist experience of Counsel or other experts to achieve the best result on behalf of the client.
