Colin has extensive experience in handling all forms of commercial dispute resolution. He offers particular expertise in settling disputes involving contracts, company / partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, property and construction disputes. He has successfully acted for several developers involved in construction adjudication claims.

Colin trained at Lincoln’s Inn and spent 18 years working at City law firms before joining Trethowans in 2003. He advises a wide range of clients from major organisations in the financial services sector and blue chip companies to owner-managed businesses and private individuals.
