Elizabeth is the Head of the firm’s Private Client Services Group, which assists clients with Trusts and Tax Planning, Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Residential Property transactions, Family Law and Landed Estates.
Formerly with the City office of Eversheds, Elizabeth specialises in advising on domestic and offshore Inheritance Tax planning for those based in the UK and also those overseas who have assets in the UK. She also provides related advice on the creation and administration of Trusts and works closely with each client to identify the most suitable tax-saving measures for them.
Elizabeth also works closely with solicitors in the Family Law team to advise clients on how to protect their property, capital and other assets more effectively once their divorce or separation comes in to force.
Alongside her client work, Elizabeth works with her team to maintain a watching brief for any other planning opportunities which the intricate English tax laws may present in the future!
