Guy deals with agricultural property and estate management for clients throughout the UK and has been involved in the sale and purchase of some of the largest landed estates in the country.

He offers specialist property and estate planning expertise in the sale, purchase and day-to-day management for the land-owning / agricultural sector, which includes farms and agricultural estates and larger country properties. The Landed Estates Team acts for landowners and tenants throughout the UK, who collectively farm in excess of 35,000 acres.

  • Studied at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester
  • Qualified as Chartered Surveyor / Land Agent in 1984
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in 1997
  • Joined Trethowans as a Partner in 2005
