Ian is a solicitor in the Employment Team, he qualified in 2006 and joined Trethowans in 2008.
Ian is an experienced adviser in both contentious and non-contentious employment law and has advised in respect of many Employment Tribunal claims including those involving dismissal, discrimination, collective consultation and TUPE.
Ian also provides guidance on day-to-day matters for commercial clients including employment contracts, workplace policies, disciplinaries and dismissals, and compromise agreements.
Ian is a Member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
