Ian primarily undertakes work involving property related disputes, including commercial, agricultural and residential landlord and tenant issues. He has experience of possession and forfeiture claims, lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidation issues and a variety of applications relating to lease extensions or enfranchisements under the Leasehold Reform Housing & Urban Development Act 1993.

Ian advises a wide range of clients on a national basis.

Ian also has expertise in handling professional negligence and disputed inheritance/probate claims.
