James deals with commercial contracts and issues for a wide range of business clients. He has considerable experience of dealing with insolvency / rescue situations, partnership and LLP agreements, shareholders agreements and corporate transactions. He also advises on corporate reconstructions.

James drafts, reviews and advises on a variety of commercial agreements. His experience extends across a range of market sectors working closely with clients in the UK and across Europe, including multi-nationals and plcs.

In cases of insolvent administration, James has broad experience in dealing with "pre-pack" sales, acting either for the buyer or the seller. He is also able to deal swiftly with the forms and court filings involved in an administration.

Career

Further to qualification in 2001, joined Trethowans in September 2005.
