June specialises in liquor licensing and handles all aspects of the liquor licensing process, including applications, variations and transfers.
In 2005 she completed the conversion of Personal and Premises Licence applications on behalf of national pub chains, national supermarkets and convenience store chains and now handles the ongoing licensing requirements for UK restaurant chains, including variations and new licences.
The nature of the role means that June regularly deals with large volumes of work, within strict deadlines, to make sure her clients always trade legally.
