Karen specialises in liquor licensing and handles all aspects of the liquor licensing process, including applications, variations and transfers.
In 2005 she completed the conversion of Personal and Premises Licence applications on behalf of UK restaurant chains and continues to handle all of their ongoing licensing requirements, including variations and new licences.
The nature of the role means that Karen regularly deals with large volumes of work, within strict deadlines, to make sure her clients always trade legally.
