Karl advises on all aspects of residential and commercial property development projects from acquisition through to the sale and in particular has considerable experience dealing with high-value residential developments. He predominantly works with developers of luxury residential homes in Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire and for owners and developers of care homes on a national basis.

Karl enjoys travelling snowboarding and also spends a lot of time renovating houses.
