Katherine predominately handles road traffic accident claims, ranging from non-fault collisions through to fully contested cases. On a daily basis she negotiates with insurers and other solicitors to secure appropriate compensation on behalf of injured clients. Katherine also assists other solicitors in the Personal Injury Team in progressing more complex road traffic accident cases.
Career
- Joined Trethowans as a Legal Secretary in the Personal Injury Team in 1999
- Became a Legal Assistant in January 2007
Outside of the office, Katherine enjoys aerobics, swimming and keeping fit at the gym.
