Lisa advises individuals on the formalities of a divorce or separation, in particular the financial consequences of a marriage or relationship breakdown, including arrangements for any children. She also specialises in handling issues arising from co-habitation, same-sex and civil partnerships.
Lisa is an Accredited Specialist with Resolution, an independent body, which represents solicitors specialising in family law issues. The Resolution ‘Accredited Specialist’ qualification is only open to family practitioners that have been qualified for at least five years and possess a sound knowledge of family law.
Lisa is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer. Collaborative practice provides an alternative way for divorcing and separating couples to work together as a team with trained professionals to resolve disputes respectfully without going to Court.
