Commercial Litigation Team

Marie handles a wide range of commercial disputes. She manages her own caseload of breach of contract claims, intellectual property claims, insolvency matters, property co-ownership disputes and accident loss recovery claims. She also assists Partner Colin Passam on more complex cases.

Marie has successfully acted for a broad range of clients from inception of the case through to final trial. She acts in injunction applications and in the protection of interests in property.

Studied Law at Staffordshire University
Joined Trethowans in 2001
Commenced Training Contract with Trethowans in 2004
Qualified as a Solicitor in 2006

Law Society Member
Completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law, London in 2003

Marie enjoys travel and attending music concerts and West End shows. She is also working her way through the BBC’s 100 Best Books List.
