Marie handles a wide range of commercial disputes. She manages her own caseload of breach of contract claims, intellectual property claims, insolvency matters, property co-ownership disputes and accident loss recovery claims.
Marie has successfully acted for a broad range of clients from inception of the case through to final trial. She acts in injunction applications and in the protection of interests in property.

- Studied Law at Staffordshire University
- Joined Trethowans in 2001
- Commenced Training Contract with Trethowans in 2004
- Qualified as a Solicitor in 2006
