Tim is experienced in all aspects of residential property law, including development site purchases through to the resale of individual residential plots. As well as handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, remortgaging and transfers of equity, Tim also has a particular interest in equity release.

Career

- Studied Law at the University of Hertforshire (LLB)
- Qualified as a Solicitor in 1997
- Has been a solicitor at Clarks in Reading and B P Collins in Gerrards Cross
- Joined Trethowans as an Associate in July 2008

- Law Society Member
- Completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Nottingham Law School

Tim enjoys gardening and playing squash and badminton.  He also enjoys reading in between being kept busy by his two young daughters.
