Raising Short and Medium-Term Funding via SSAS Pension Schemes

Any UK limited company can establish a small self administered pension scheme (SSAS) and utilise existing pension funds (built up over time) to provide a loan, of up to 50% of the net pension fund value, back to the business subject to complying with some legal requirements.
