As specialists in secured lending deals we have acted on behalf of a number of national banks on secured lending deals.
The Secured Lending Team, lead by Partner Chris Twaits had a busy year in 2007 acting for commercial lenders with collective lending in excess of £70 million. During the year, the team took charges for over 300 properties.
The team continues to build its excellent reputation particularly in the leisure and healthcare sectors, acting on behalf of lenders throughout the UK.
The team has acted on behalf of lenders in the acquisition or refinancing of several hotels, pubs and leisure sites, collectively worth in excess of £30m. Properties have been based from the Isle of Wight to North Wales and include several well known local establishments.
Lenders appreciate the commercial support that the team provides, which ensures that the lender goes from the stage of offering finance to paying out as quickly as reasonably possible.
