HOW do we choose our Trainees?
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who can make a positive contribution to Trethowans from day one. A high academic standard is expected (minimum 2:1) but we place equal emphasis on extra curricular activities and achievements.

HOW does the Recruitment Process Work?
Short listed candidates will be asked to submit a written essay on a non law related topic and invited to attend an interview with the Training Partner. Interviews will take place in August.
Successful candidates will then be invited to attend our Assessment Day in early September. The Assessment Day will include individual and group exercises and provides an opportunity to meet current trainees and other members of staff and Partners in the firm.
