We actively encourage staff at all levels to undertake professional development; secretarial and support staff in particular often successfully attain a Paralegal or ILEX qualification.
We undertake an annual ‘Performance Development Review’ which is a structured opportunity for all members of staff to discuss their performance, job, personal development and career aspirations generally. This provides us with an excellent basis upon which to manage the career development and
training needs for each member of staff.
