Our pension property team handles over 900 property transactions for pension funds (SIPPS and SSAS) e.g. for providers including James Hay, Legal & General, Rowanmoor Group plc, Sippchoice and Premier Pensions.
The team works closely with pension scheme trustees, their property managers and many of the lenders so that pre and post purchase legal documentation procedures reflects the needs of the trustees, any pension plan members and their lenders. Moreover, our expert knowledge of commercial property and the pension context ensures that all of their property transactions are fully compliant with HMRC pension regulations.
Our policy of open and good communication means the pension scheme trustees, including members and their IFAs, are kept up to date with progress of the transaction. The team aims to take a pro-active and pragmatic approach to our work and to progress transactions on time and cost effectively.
