The retail and leisure team acts for a wide variety of clients in relation to their property requirements, including Ladbrokes, Jewson, Tate & Lyle, Stannah Stair Lifts and Bacardi.

The team can assist with the acquisition or disposal of freehold and leasehold retail units, including units in shopping centres or out of town retail parks, and also large portfolio sales or disposals.

The team also acts on behalf of clients in relation to the acquisition and disposals of public houses, including closed businesses or transfers of a going concern.
