Archivist

Trethowans LLP is a major law firm in the South, advising business and individual clients and has around 140 people including 25 Partners across offices in Salisbury and Southampton.

We are currently seeking an Archivist to join our Operations Team based in our Salisbury Office. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to gain experience of working within the legal profession. The role is busy and demanding and requires excellent teamwork.

Key duties include responsibility for the firm's strongroom, archive facilities, and deliveries and collections, and providing general assistance to the Facilities Manager.

Candidates must be well presented, possess excellent communication skills and be organised and methodical in their approach. Candidates may be required to work in our Southampton office at least one day each week and collect mail, therefore possession of a full driving license is essential.
