Debt Recovery and Licensing Assistant

This is a busy and demanding dual role working between our Debt Recovery Team and Licensing Team both of which are based in our Southampton office.

In both teams you will be dealing with a high volume of work using a case management system.  You will have a significant amount of client contact every day via telephone and email.

The role will involve producing and updating Excel spreadsheets and administrative tasks such as data input, opening and closing files and filing.
The successful candidate must be proactive and flexible in their approach and have excellent organisational and time management skills. 
Good interpersonal skills together with the ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service are also essential.

The ideal candidate will be a law graduate and/or have previous experience of working in a busy legal office environment.
