We are looking for a Licensing Assistant to join our busy Licensing Team based in our Southampton office.
You will be dealing with a high volume of work using a case management system and you will have a significant amount of client contact via telephone and email.
The role will involve administrative tasks such as data input, opening and closing files and filing. You will also be responsible for producing and updating Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis.
The successful candidate must have strong administrative skills, be proactive and flexible in their approach and have excellent organisational and time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills together with the ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service are also essential in this role.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment.
Potential start date for this role is June/July 2016 and initially based on a 12 month fixed term contract for maternity cover. There may be potential for further opportunities within the Firm following this period of maternity leave cover.
