Marketing and Events Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing & Events Assistant to join our busy and friendly Marketing team. The role will be based in our Salisbury office, but the successful candidate will also work across our other offices in Poole and Southampton and other locations as and when required for events and meetings.

The successful candidate will support the team to plan and implement all aspects of entertaining, hospitality and events for the firm.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an events planning or marketing role and / or hold a relevant qualification in marketing or events planning.

Key duties include assisting with the firm's hospitality and events, maintenance of the client database system and supporting the team in the delivery of marketing activity such as updating literature, newsletters and the Firm’s social media accounts.

We are looking for Candidates with excellent organisational, keyboard and IT skills. Candidates must be well presented, possess good communications skills and be very organised, flexible and proactive in their approach. 

Previous experience of using a content management system is essential. Use of Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.

Driving licence and own transport is essential for this role.
