We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our busy Front of House Team in our Southampton Office.
This position involves meeting and greeting clients, co-ordinating requests for meeting rooms, answering calls on a busy switchboard and a variety of other administrative tasks.
The role is busy and demanding and requires excellent teamwork, working closely with our other Receptionist and Office Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working as a receptionist.
Candidates must be well presented, possess excellent communication and keyboard skills, and be organised and pro-active in their approach.
