Changing Terms Harmonisation

Contracts of employment are vital to the employment relationship. They control the relationship between you and your employee so it is important that they are right. But what happens when they are not right for you any longer and you need to make a change. Perhaps you need to change your employees’ hours of work, their pay structure, where they work etc. The issue is that if the change is not managed appropriately, then you will find that the change may be ineffective or give rise to claims. In light of this, some employers decide not to do so.
