Liz Bryson has joined as a partner at the Southampton office and, having worked in the commercial property sector in Southampton for the last 15 years, brings a wealth of experience and even more local knowledge to the expanding team.
Trethowans’ commercial property team advises national and local clients on a range of issues, including development and construction, property finance and acquisitions and disposals. It is highly recommended by the legal industry, ranking in the prestigious Chambers UK and Legal 500 lists.
Paul Longman, partner and head of commercial property for Trethowans in Southampton, said: “High levels of inward investment have led to a real flurry of construction in the city, boosting both the residential and commercial property sectors. This, combined with our strong reputation, has seen demand for our services continue to grow and we are delighted to add to the team. Liz’s local knowledge in particular will be of real benefit to clients.”
Liz added: “I’m excited to join Trethowans in its 150th year. The firm’s longevity is testament to the great work of the team, which I have always admired. The commercial property market continues to evolve and I’m looking forward to working with my new colleagues at Trethowans to give clients the very best advice.”
