Now in its third year, the Law Firm Services’ (LSF) conveyancers awards ceremony is taking place in Coventry on 24th September 2014 in support of conveyancers – or more accurately, those conveyancers whose service is worthy of an award.
One of the categories is "Estate Agent’s Favourite Conveyancer of the Year" which gives an opportunity for estate agents to nominate their favourite conveyancer. Estate agents are able to cast their vote for the conveyancing firm who they consider is worthy of an award – perhaps because they are prompt, communicative, or because they offer solutions not problems and who are generally dynamic and easy to work with. After all, conveyancers and estate agents have the same goal and both are as important as each other to achieve a prompt property transaction for buyers and sellers.
Voting closes on Friday 22nd August and the link for voting is here.
The current front runners include Trethowans for the third year in a row, having secured the gold award in 2013, and bronze last year.
Tim Higham, Partner and head of the Firm’s Conveyancing Team says: "A return to gold this year remains our focus and so if any estate agent wish to see the reduction in volume-based conveyancing, higher standards, quicker transactions and better solicitor communication, then we would be delighted to receive your vote of confidence, as we insist that these are the qualities that we bring to the conveyancing marketplace".
