Trethowans Solicitors ran a firm-wide competition for the children of Trethowans' staff to design a Christmas greeting. This was the second year of running such a competition after it was so well received in 2011.
The competition once again attracted a great response with 25 designs submitted from children as young as 3 years old.
The standard of entries was extremely high, making the judging process very tough. After a considerable amount of deliberation, the winning entry was finally adjudged to be the entry from Tom Lush, the son of Karen Lush, a Legal Executive in the Licensing Team. Tom’s Christmas greeting can be seen above and will be sent to all Trethowans’ contacts. Tom has also won a prize of a family trip to Paulton’s Park.
Commenting on the competition, Andrew Mercer, Chairman of Trethowans and, more importantly on this occasion, one of the Christmas greeting competition judges said; "The number of entries was high and the quality and creativity of the designs was outstanding. I am still finding glitter all over my desk! We were delighted to invite the children of Trethowans' staff to design our Christmas greeting once again this year. It helps us involve our families and get into the Christmas spirit. I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all the team at Trethowans."
