Holly Dennis has qualified into the Residential Property Team where she will expand the Team to five, including three Solicitors, a Chartered Legal Executive and a Senior Conveyancing Executive. Holly will continue to act for the Team’s broad base of clients including private individuals, charities, trustees, ecclesiastical, educational and company personnel in respect of residential property matters such as sales, purchases, mortgages, leases, trusts, options, and easements.

Simon Rhodes, Managing Partner commented; “Jenni, Holly and Holly have become very valued and hard working members of Trethowans in the two years they’ve already been with us completing their training contracts.  Each of them has demonstrated excellent legal knowledge and they have already helped a number of clients.  But more importantly, they are all “good people” who happen to be “good lawyers”.  They relate to clients and colleagues and constantly go the extra mile to provide a solution to each and every one of their clients. They are a fantastic addition to the Trethowans team and have a very bright future.”
