The Corporate & Commercial, Employment and Commercial Property Teams at Southampton and Salisbury based Trethowans Solicitors has advised US based North American Science Associates, Inc (NAMSA) on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Medvance Ltd.
NAMSA it is leading global medical research organisation providing comprehensive services to advise clients and evaluate safety and efficacy of medical devices, IVDs and combination products Medvance Ltd is a clinical research and resourcing organisation located in Yorkshire, England and it is a full service contract research organisation specialising in medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics and combination products.
The acquisition by NAMSA adds dedicated support across UK and continental Europe to its already successful global footprint in the US, Germany, France and China. The combination of both companies allows NAMSA to have experts in nearly every therapeutic area to accelerate product development, market approval and extend market acceptance in all major markets around the globe.
