Emma joined Trethowans in February 2011 as a Trainee Chartered  Legal Executive in the commercial property team. She has successfully passed level 6 of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive exams in land law and conveyancing practice and is currently working towards the landlord and tenant law exam which she will be taking in June 2012.

Emma deals with a variety of commercial property transactions including the transfer of properties on behalf of pension schemes, the grant of new leases and lease assignments, commercial property acquisitions and disposals. Emma is also experienced in residential property transactions having moved into commercial property from a mainly residential property role in her previous firm.

Away from the office ...

In her spare time, Emma's hobbies are getting away in her campervan, photography, walking and films.
