Partner, Emma specialises in all aspects of family law and relationship breakdown to include divorce, financial relief with substantial and complex financial disputes between spouses and cohabitants, private law children cases and pre and post-nuptial settlements. She has particular expertise in dealing with cases involving complex business assets, inherited wealth, farming assets, trusts and Armed Forces pensions. Emma has a wealth of experience acting for clients involved in Children Act proceedings to include applications for removal from the jurisdiction, the future living arrangements for the children and acting for grandparents. As a member of Resolution and a trained collaborative family lawyer she seeks to provide an alternative to litigation for her clients, if appropriate and steer her clients towards workable solutions.

Away from the office...
Emma loves to entertain with friends and family. She also enjoys weekends away and trips abroad with her two small children, husband and dog in tow. As well as juggling work and family, she swims and goes to the gym. She also has an appreciation of French red wine.
