Kathryn is a partner in the employment team and handles a wide variety of employment matters. She has considerable experience in advising predominantly employer clients on a range of employee issues. Kathryn is an experienced advocate. Prior to becoming an employment solicitor, she practiced in dispute resolution and regularly attended court. She has very successfully transferred these skills into the employment arena and represents her clients in employment tribunals.
