Examples of how Laura has helped clients:
Some people wrongly believe that making a Will for the first time will be a very daunting experience. Laura assists Clients in making the experience as relaxing and stress-free as possible, so that a new Will or amendments to an existing Will can be completed quickly and efficiently, allowing Client's to be reassured that their Estate will be administered in accordance with their wishes.
Laura also assists Client's in making Lasting Powers of Attorney, and understands the importance and comfort that can be taken from knowing that, in the event that an individual should lose their mental capacity, their interests will be protected, and their chosen Attorney(s) can make decisions in relation to their Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare.
Laura has also assisted in the administration of a number of Estates, dealing with Inheritance Tax, corresponding with Charitable Beneficiaries, and arranging the encashment of large portfolio's of assets.
Away from the office...
