Senior Associate

Lucy is a corporate finance lawyer advising buyers, sellers or funders on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins and joint ventures. She also acts for companies or individuals in relation to associated corporate matters such as shareholders, partnership and LLP agreements, share options and other constitutional matters.

Lucy qualified in 2006 and joined Trethowans in November 2012 after previously being an Associate in the corporate team at Coffin Mew LLP.

Lucy is very well-known in the South coast business community through her work and business development activities.

Lucy is recommended in the Legal 500 (2015).
