Examples of how Martha has helped clients
Helped a client who had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and needed a Will at short notice. Subsequently assisted with administering the estate.
Assisted clients with administering the estate of their son, who had passed away from suddenly without a Will. They also instructed me to write their Wills and prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney for them, along with preparing a Deed of Variation for their late son’s estate. “Thank you for guiding us through this traumatic time, making it a little easier for us”
Assisting a client who had lost her sister and was also having to look after her brother-in-law whose health was declining rapidly following an Alzheimer’s diagnosis. “Martha was there for me through the months after my sister’s death and I don’t think I would have got through them without her input. …I will always be grateful to Martha for putting things into perspective which in turn helped me to make the right decision. She is a credit to your firm showing understanding of the situation, expertise of her job but above all compassion.”
“Martha was a star, could not fault her on one thing, perfect.”
“We felt Martha took time to listen to what we said, and her advice was clear and easy to understand.”
