Melanie is Trainee Chartered Legal Executive in the Commercial Property Team.

Melanie joined the Commercial Property Team in November 2005 as a secretary and has since been working towards qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive. She was given a full time fee-earning role in April 2011 and hopes to pass her final exam in January 2012.

Melanie deals primarily with pension property work, including the grant and assignment of leases, property disposals and in-specie transfers.

She also has experience dealing with LPA Receivership sales.
