Michele is an Associate working in the Salisbury residential property team.
Michele has just joined Trethowans but has been conveyancing for 18 years over which time she has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge carrying out all aspects of residential property transactions.
Michele enjoys conveyancing and has dealt with many high value properties. Specialising in rural transactions, listed buildings and drainage issues such as septic tank/treatment plant problems, she has also worked extensively on new build and development work.
In addition to this, Michele has renovated 5 houses of her own in which this has given her a great knowledge of property maintenance and planning issues which has also been of great value.
Michele prides herself with being very calming in stressful situations which is so important with the stress of conveyancing and good at helping clients understand the complex legal wording on their matters by relaying this to them in a way that they can easily understand.

Previously Michele or has enjoyed meeting with Developers to advise them on potential difficulties the title to their land and their build plans may impose from a conveyancer's point of view.
Away from the office...
Michele enjoys swimming, walking, climbing and loves to cook for friends and family. Michele's main passion though is oil painting wildlife from her own photographs which has led her to fantastic trips including a Botswana safari with one of the world's most famous wildlife artist.
