As HR Partner Nicola has overall responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources within the Firm.  This includes recruitment at all levels and training and development for the Firm's Partners and staff.  Nicola works closely with Group and Team Leaders and the Management Board to ensure best practice and develop HR strategy.

Nicola is also the Firm's appointed Training Partner and is therefore actively involved in the Firm's graduate recruitment programme.

Nicola joined the Firm in 1986 as a Trainee Legal Executive.  Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and became a Partner in 1998.  Nicola previously specialised in residential property and commercial property.

Nicola took on the role of full time HR Partner in 2006 and is a graduate member of the CIPD.

Away from the office...

Nicola really enjoys keeping fit and regularly goes running with her husband Alistair and their Border Collie Beth and Labrador Holly. Going on holiday is at the top of Nicola's list of favourite things to do - whether it's skiing, hiking, taking a road trip or just relaxing on the beach with a good book!
