We act for clients who have developed severe injury as a result of exposure to asbestos during their work years earlier.  Injuries include mesothelioma and asbestosis.

Sadly, due to the severe nature of asbestos illness some of our clients died and we have acted for their families to help them continue to conclude claims.  In other cases, we have been instructed by the spouses/partners and children of people who have died from asbestos related diseases.

We have been able to help clients who have developed asbestos related illness in various different circumstances. For example, we acted for a plumber who was exposed to asbestos during his work and developed mesothelioma. We acted for an employee at the Southampton docks who became ill after being exposed at work.

We can assist in tracing old employers and their insurers which can often be a difficult task; however, we will do all that we can to pursue the claim if there are reasonable prospects of succeeding with it.
