Mrs F was involved in an accident when she was walking across a car park. A car reversed into her, pinning her in between two cars and crushing her left leg. The insurers for the Defendant admitted liability for the accident.
As a result of the accident Mrs F sustained a fracture of her left shin bone and soft tissue injuries to her left lower leg. Mrs F made a good recovery but was likely to have permanent impaired sensation over the back of her left calf. The fracture to her leg left Mrs F at risk of developing early degenerative changes in her left leg and knee.
We successfully managed to negotiate a settlement of Mrs F’s claim which included compensation for her injuries and reimbursement of financial losses.
Mrs F was pleased with the outcome and commented: "The service provided by Katherine Knapman was of the highest standard. I found her very helpful in every way and I am grateful for the support I received throughout".
