Driving Whilst Disqualified

Driving whilst disqualified is a serious offence and a conviction can result in you facing:

  • 6 penalty points increasing to a disqualification from driving for 12 – 18 months (plus any unexpired period of disqualification as at the date of sentence) for the most serious offences;
  • a fine (which is unusual), community order or prison, depending on the seriousness of the case; and
  • costs
