Trethowans advises Medhurst Communications Limited on acquisition of Hugh Symons AV

Trethowans’ corporate team has successfully advised Medhurst, a leading provider of IT services for education and business clients, on their acquisition of the audio visual solutions organisation, Hugh Symons AV.
Medhurst, established in 1986, serves over 500 education and commercial customers with cost-effective and flexible IT solutions from their offices in Hampshire and Cheshire. This acquisition will strengthen Medhurst’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology that supports both businesses and educational institutions.
Hugh Symons, with over 40 years of experience in audio visual hardware and software, is known for transforming classrooms and meeting spaces into engaging environments. The addition of Hugh Symons’ expertise will enhance Medhurst’s offering.
