COVID-19 – An updated message from Trethowans’ Managing Partner Chris Whiteley

We are living in unprecedented and uncertain times which are affecting our lives and businesses like never before. The health and wellbeing of our people, clients and contacts is our focus and priority.

Our people are working from our offices and from home. We are fully operational and can deal with all current matters and new enquiries. We are committed to maintaining a ‘business as usual’ approach and will continue to provide the best possible client service to you.

Where our people are working from home, this is not a new method of working for us as we have designed our systems to support remote working.

Whilst we like to meet with our clients face to face, at present we are encouraging contact by telephone, video conferencing or email. Where it is necessary to sign documents, for example Wills, our teams have been finding new ways to arrange for this to be done and will provide guidance where required. We will always follow social distancing guidelines.

If you do visit one of our offices, we will ask you to follow measures such as having your temperature checked and to wear a mask. These measures will be discussed with you when arranging an appointment and upon arrival at our offices.
